About
I founded Crafted Leader because I know what it's like to be successful on the outside and quietly searching on the inside and I know what it actually takes to do something about it.
My Story
I spent 25 years in senior commercial leadership. I was good at it. And for a long time, being good at it felt like enough.
It wasn't.
That tension, between external success and something quieter and harder to name, is what eventually led me to retrain as a Coaching Psychologist. Not because I had all the answers, but because I'd lived the question long enough to know it mattered.
What I discovered, both through my own experience and through the psychology I was studying, was that the environment shapes everything.
The most important thinking rarely happens at a desk. Getting out of a familiar space, into nature, away from screens, doing something with your hands, creates conditions that no amount of structured reflection quite replicates.
That conviction is the foundation of everything Crafted Leader does.
Who I Work With
These days I work with senior leaders and their teams on the dynamics that get in the way of their best work — through 1:1 coaching, facilitation, and immersive in-person experiences designed to create genuine space from the day-to-day.
My clients are typically people who've built successful careers and are quietly asking what comes next. Or organisations that know something isn't working but can't quite name what it is.
In both cases, the work starts with honest conversation. And usually involves getting out of the office.
