Once your deposit is received, you’ll get:

A short pre-retreat questionnaire to help us understand what you want from the experience

A clear outline of the balance payment process

The remaining balance is due by 31st January 2026.

A Note on the Non-Refundable Policy

These retreats involve advance costs, handcrafted materials, and a capped number of places. The non-refundable deposit ensures fairness and allows us to prepare everything with the right level of care. If something changes, you can transfer your deposit to a future retreat within 12 months (subject to availability).
